Returns & replacements

Due to the nature of research peptides and the requirements of chain-of-custody integrity, opened or unsealed product cannot be returned for resale. Unopened product within stability spec may be eligible for return at our discretion.

If your order arrives damaged, mislabeled, or with a missing COA, contact support@helix-aminos.com within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund after photographic verification of the issue.
